Quick update. Here are some pics from yesterdays arms workout.

The workout consisted of the following:

Barbell arm curl
Set 1, 25 kg for 15 reps
Set 2, 35 kg for 12 reps
Set 3, 40 kg for 7 reps
Set 4, 40 kg for 5 reps

Cable triceps pushdown
Set 1, 35 kg for 8 reps
Set 2, 35 kg for 8 reps
Set 3, 35 kg for 9 reps

Close grip pulls ups
Set 1, 0 kg for 6 reps (these morning workouts really don't agree with me!)

Dips
Set 1, 0kg for 12 reps
Set 2, 0 kg for 10 reps

Hammer curl
Set 1, 22 kg for 10 reps
Set 2, 24 kg for 10 reps
Set 3, 28 kg for 7 reps

Noticed that a machine at another gym must in lbs rather than kg's so will have to amend my logs.

View Article  Weight Chart for Past 30-Days on Testosterone Enanthate (up to week 6)

Quick post of my weight to change for the past 30-days on Testosterone Enanthate. It should be noted that I'm also running 0.5mg of Arimedex every other day, so that should be keeping water retention down.

I need to retrospectively input data from before I was using MyNetDiary to track weight so you can see weight change even before the cycle (where it came down to reduce body fat).

View Article  Back on Track with The Steroid Experiment

Pleased to report that as of last week I'm back on track with the experiment. The previous week I was ill for a number of days, which pretty much rendered that week useless in terms of training, and I was also away with the family for the weekend. This was pretty annoying considering from what I've read, this is when things start to kick in.

However, happy to report that last week went well, and the weight is obviously starting to go up now (will be posting soem graphs soon)! According to the scales (which we can take with a pinch of salt) bodyfat is up aproximately 1% although it does tend to fluxuate.

All food is continuing to get logged on MyNetDiary and training on iFitness (so I can run reports of that as well).

View Article  Illness Hinders Progress on Steroid Cycle

Just entered into week 4 yesterday, which is the point I would expect to start seeing some results visually (the weights have been going up a bit). However, I've caught a bug (upset stomach and aching) for the last few days (left work early Tuesday, day in bed yesterday, and today). My calorie intake for the last few days has also dropped as I can't stomach any food. Obviously I haven't trained either since Monday. Been trying to just sleep it off and allow my body to repair itself. Fingers crossed I'll soon be up and running again soon (no longer aching at least) and can crack on with the training again.

I am officially putting myself under "nipple watch". Being ever so slightly paranoid, as mentioned previously, I _think_ my nipples may have changed shape a little, although maybe I just haven't really been paying as much attention to them. they also seem _slightly_ sensitive and tingle slightly. Therefore, I've actually taken a photo of them (a little odd it may seem!) but the reason is to keep an eye if there are any changes. Being an honest account of my steroid usage, it would only be fair to post this up here.

   

To me they look puffer than normal, so will start the Arimidex at 0.5mg (half a tablet) every other day. Not cheap this stuff though!

Well, as mentioned already, I'm happy to report that I'm back down the gym, as-of this evening! We did a chest session today. Unfortunately the gym is in the process of a hand-over so the bumbells had been shipped off elsewhere. However, we were still able to do barbell exercises, pec deck, etc. In fact, we recorded some video of the session for episode 1 that we'll be posting to YouTube (and on here of course).
