Have just made another supplements order (the 840g tub of MaxiMuscle Cyclone hasn't lastest very long!). To get my amount of protein per day I've been having two scoops of Cyclone per serving (rather than 1) which means I may be having too much Creatine. I have therefore ordered the following:
Dymatize ISO 100 Chocolate 0.91kg 1 £ 27.99 £ 27.99
CNP Professional Pro Creatine E2 240 Caps 1 £ 31.99 £ 31.99
CNP Professional Pro Flapjacks Chocolate 24 x 75g Flapjack 1 £ 14.99 £ 14.99
Here's an image of the previous larger tub of Dymatize I had:

I would normally get the 2kg tub of Dymatize, but they're sold out unfortunately. Keeping the Creatine separate should mean that I can ensure I'm getting the correct amount of Creatine per day. Dymatize is low heat treated protein isolate which means it shouldn't have as much lactose in it (I'm lactose intolerent). You may have seen in some of the Food Diary pictures I use Holland & Barrett lactase enzyme to help be break down the lactose as I'm lactose intolerent (as well as intolerent to yeast).
The Flapjacks are to keep in the car for emergency use (the gym is a 20 minute journey away).
