Just checking the survey to the right - wasn't expecting 42% to have used steroids ;-) Intriguing, might have to do a bit of research to see what the stats are for the general public for steroid usage ...

Have started using iFitness since getting my iPhone to log progression. This should really help putting some numbers behind the progress. I should also be able to export the logs, and send them directly to this blog. Log from the 4th July attached.
