Ever get the feeling your trying to find a body part that's recovered
and ready for more punishment?

Am currently on the train thankful I'm sitting down and not having to
use my legs after a particularly hard legs session on Sunday - my legs
seem to have seized to a halt! Recalling the weights session, it
actually didn't seem too tough as I remember leaving the gym thinking I
should have pushed it more - but I think doing some exercises that I
don't normally do has really done the trick!

Anyway, here's to my legs growing back stronger ready for the next
session! :-)
