OK, probably about time we covered off what the current state of affairs are so we have a baseline for (hopefully) any improvement. Here are my current stats as of yesterday:

Weight: 95.8kg
Body fat: 18.7%
Water: 59.3%

A chart of how my weight and body fat percentage have varied over the last few weeks is below. For the past few weeks I've been cutting to get my bodyfat down further ready for the steroid cycle. Hopefully I haven't hit a plateau but can get the body fat further down!

But of course, in bodybuilding competitions, you're not marked on your stats - it's what you look like that counts. Therefore, I've taken some pictures to give us an idea of where I am (I think it's going to get some taking used to taking pictures of myself and uploading to a website!).

In summary, I would say I've got some bulk, but, a lot of definition is required still (i.e. reduce the bodyfat further as in bodybuilding terms is still way too high). A small amount will be down to me being back on the creatine (e.g. a bit of water retention around the chops!) - but that sounds like I'm making excuses! :-)
