As the end of the tax year approaches, clients are finding budgets that need to be spent - which means it's all hands on deck at the moment to get things done. And although I'm still getting down the gym during lunch breaks, what is being affected, is logging my food intake into Fitday (although I'm still taking photos of everything, it's going to be quite a task to retrospectively go back and fill it all in) and I'm getting nowhere near enough sleep! This means that energy levels are pretty low, and my body prbably isn't getting the time to recover it needs. In addition, I haven't got the time to do my low intensity cardio (rowing).

The fact that I'm not logging calories on FitDay is probably an additional reason the bodyfat has stagnated at the moment. Although the diet is good, tracking calories ensures I'm spot on.

I guess it's times like these you have to ensure training gets done, as well as not compromising diet. It's just the 8 - 9 hours sleep I'm not getting that I need to work on.

So, seeing as I'm on the train commuting back at the moment - I'm going to grab some sleep! Chow!
