Well, yesterday marked two weeks into the experiment. All seems be
going well and I think slightly larger (measurements this weekend)
particularly in the shoulder area and arms - most noticeable when
pumped at the gym. This could be water retention although shoulder
press the other day seemed up (32kg dumbell each arm, 3 sets and
roughly 12 reps).

Another important revelation was telling the other half about the
steriods. Now, she knew I have been planning this for a while. But
she's always been anti - pretty much because everyone says "steriods
are bad!" rather than researching the subject herself (maybe she'll
read this and the links from this blog). The so called "rood rage" was
her main concern, so I thought it would be a good idea to run them for
a few weeks first and see if she could tell. I asked her how I had
been for the last few weeks before telling her, and on her own
admission she said I was actually less iratable than normal. I suspect
this because I have been actively ensuring that I am not. Now that she
knows she's still not keen, but I feel better she knows and so does she.

In terms of sex drive - it certainly hasn't deminished! Don't feel
more randy but I guess the other half is indeed getting it more often
at the moment so maybe :-) In terms of testicular atrophy - nothing
noticeable yet!

I have started 20mg of Tamoxifen a day as was getting paranoid about
slight ache in chest. Will be changing to Arimidex when I get it. More
of a precautionary measure than anything!

I would also say I've been quite open with people about steriod use.
Although I'll admit I haven't actively bought the subject up with
people who I think (a) wouldn't be of interest to anyway, and (b) I
would have to expend an extorsionate amount of time justifying it to.

Having said that isn't suprising the number of people you find out are
or have been on it when asked! Or even are interested to find out more
as want to do it themselves.

So - how's the training going? Well, pretty good, although I have done
something to my wrist that's still aching from kickboxing - thought it
was just a strain but still aches over a week later. I've also done
something to my back (too much time infront of a PC I think!) - I just
have to be selective on my back exercises (am also seeing an
oestopath). Not perfect timing but we'll work with it and be careful!
