Today was back day! And the workout consisted of:

6 minute run (1 min @ 6.5 kph, 4 min @ 12 kph and 1 min @ 16 kph)
Lat pull downs (65kg x 12, 75kg x 9, 75kg x 9)
Cable seated row (elbows up to side) (80kg x 12, 90kg x 12, 90kg x 12)
Bent over straight arm pull down (70kg x 12, 70kg x 10, 70kg x 8)
Bent over reverse cable fly (25kg x 10, 25kg x 10, 25kg x 10)

Didn't push it too hard as back still playing up a bit.
