Pleased to report that as of last week I'm back on track with the experiment. The previous week I was ill for a number of days, which pretty much rendered that week useless in terms of training, and I was also away with the family for the weekend. This was pretty annoying considering from what I've read, this is when things start to kick in.
However, happy to report that last week went well, and the weight is obviously starting to go up now (will be posting soem graphs soon)! According to the scales (which we can take with a pinch of salt) bodyfat is up aproximately 1% although it does tend to fluxuate.
All food is continuing to get logged on MyNetDiary and training on iFitness (so I can run reports of that as well).
