I am currently using MyNetDiary to track calorie consumption. You can
also use it to inform you of how many calories you need to reach your
target weight.

After plugging in all the numbers, it looks like I need to be
consuming at least 3600 calories per day (and more when I exercise,
which is most days).

This is actually quite tough going I'm finding, as I basically need to
be eating all the time. It's especially tricky when I'm trying to keep
it lean (less than 70g fat per day) and keep protein intake high
(around 400g).

Today I'm way off as I'm currently in bed trying to sleep off a bug
(hopefully a short lived one!) - I left work early and have been
sleeping most of the evening. Fingers crossed I'll make a quick
recovery, as want to crack on with training.

But today I have received my shipment of Maximuscle Progain (both bars
and powder), so that should make it easier to get the calories!
