Just entered into week 4 yesterday, which is the point I would expect to start seeing some results visually (the weights have been going up a bit). However, I've caught a bug (upset stomach and aching) for the last few days (left work early Tuesday, day in bed yesterday, and today). My calorie intake for the last few days has also dropped as I can't stomach any food. Obviously I haven't trained either since Monday. Been trying to just sleep it off and allow my body to repair itself. Fingers crossed I'll soon be up and running again soon (no longer aching at least) and can crack on with the training again.
