I have now received my Olympic plates for my garage home gym. Went through Arnie's Bodybuilding Encyclopedia and iFitness and I actually have pretty much everything covered (apart from legs).

I have also been contemplating removing the bench I have and placing with a squat rack and adjustable bench which will mean I can more precisely place the free standing bench where I want for the chest press for example as well as remove the bench and do squats.

I actually spent the weekend painting the roof with bituminous to keep the rain out which took a while.

Of course I would love to have some fixed rubber dumbbells (specifically for heavy dumbbell press) and rubber flooring so the weights can be dropped to the side when needed and don't come undone (as my swivel lock ones have a tendancy to do).

My regime will now change a little to accomodate for the new equipment, and in the next week I shall be changing anyway to higher reps, supersets, and generally more cardio (I.e. back on the rowing machine!).
